We had our own private "Chef Mel" who came to cook for us one night. What fun, watching Chef Mel cook and chat, and then he served us a delightful dinner!! We had lamb with the trimmings we desired! Oh my, makes my mouth water again!!

Trying Lamb for the first time was an experience I will not forget. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I have never had scallops and was skeptical at first, but with the first bite, I wanted more.

I would like to thank Pam's Kitchen for making my birthday a wonderful and joyous occasion. The wine tasting with each meal matched perfectly. The Sangria was match made in heaven with the Paeolla. Thanks to Mr. Lacey for his wonderful skills in the kitchen. I would recommend Pam's Kitchen to anyone wanting more than a meal but an experience for your taste buds

The salmon was the best I ever had. It wasn't dry. It was flaky and just melted in your mouth. I have had bad experiences with salmon and this has made me a believer that it can be cooked and not smell fishy or over cooked.
